GarageBand and PodcastingThis is a featured page

Garageband ia a piece of Apple iLife software that allows you and your students the ability to have their own personal recording studio — where it’s easy to make a song whether you’re a first-time musician or a seasoned pro. You can record, edit, and mix a song exactly as you want it, utmost quality. It also gives you the ability to make Podast. Podcasts are professional or homemade audio broadcasts that are available on the Internet. Unlike traditional radio shows that have set schedules, podcasts can be downloaded and listened to anytime in iTunes or on iPod. Your students can record themselves reading, can put a narrative into radio form, can do interviews of real or fictitious people, can do a school radio show, and much more. You can record lessons for students to reference in future classes. The application for this technology is limitless.
