This session explores how participants can utilize SharePoint's Social Networking collaborative tools in a K-12 setting. Participants will create Wikis, Blogs and Discussion Boards and learn how to manage the permissions on these tools. Discussion will also address how to utilize these tools in a K-12 environment. If you are going to bring your own laptop, please make sure to have Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater and Office 2003 or greater installed on your machine.

Level: Participants should be familiar with Windows SharePoint Services and be comfortable using this tool. They should be comfortable and confident in the use of computers and the internet. Computer beginners may find this course frustrating.
